Our jetty is at Bulwar Rodła on the Vistula in Kraków. You can get there by tram to the Komorowskiego stop, or by pretty much any other means of transport. You'll find a map and more details right here.

100%. Under Polish law, no licence is required to operate a motorised vessel with an engine power not exceeding 10 kW (13.6 hp). Our boats fall within that limit.

Yes — by default, we keep the roof up to provide shade and protection from the sun, especially on the hottest days. We can also fold it down if you prefer.

They’re the same model and look exactly the same. The only difference is that Dwarf has a built-in audio system, while we provide a portable Bluetooth speaker with Dragon.

Nope - just you and whoever you decide to bring along.

Every member of the crew gets a life jacket — nothing bad will happen. Steering a boat is simpler than driving a car, and we'll walk you through everything on the spot.

Yes, but only under adult supervision and strictly as crew, not captain. You must be at least 18 to take the wheel. The smallest life jackets on board are available for children weighing 15–30 kg (33–66 lbs). They don’t have to be worn, but you can put one on your child if you’d like.

Unfortunately not. We love dogs and other animals — just not on deck.

You can, but without a reservation, and we can’t guarantee that a boat will be available. Spoiler: they usually aren’t.

Sure. You can do either up to 48 hours before your trip - just email us. If you cancel 24-48 hours before departure, we’ll refund 50% of the total. If there are less than 24 hours left, we’ll keep the full amount, but you can always ask your friends if they’d like to go in your place.

In the event of a storm (or even a drizzle), you can reschedule or request a refund. Just drop us a message around the time of your booking or show up in person. Though we'll probably reach out ourselves by email or phone before that, if it's clearly not worth it.

Yes — just select the relevant option during the booking process, before payment. If it's a Polish company, you'll receive an invoice via KSeF. For international companies, we'll send it by email.

There’s nothing to worry about - both boats are insured. And if you damage something through your own fault, you’ll pay a maximum of 15% of the repair costs. We’ve never had to charge anyone so far, and we promise to update this text if that ever changes.
